• Ligation and sectioning of the right ureter
• Partial inclusion into the endobag to avoid tumor spillage
• Dissection of the kidney from the abdominal wall\

Step 4-II: Endobag placement and kidney extraction

• Complete inclusion into the endobag after full kidney mobilization
• The kidney is extracted into the endobag through a Pfannenstiel incision
