Dividing adrenal gland from the kidney

• As a final step the adrenal gland is divided from the upper pole of the kidney until it is completely mobilized.
• Tumor is placed into an Endocatch bag
• We usually remove the tumor through the Airsealâ port site.
• Reapproximation of the fascia at the extraction site needs to be done with care.
• Drain is placed as per the surgeon preference.
