Pluck ureteral endoscopic detachment.

The nephroscope is retrieved and the resectoscope is introduced. The bladder is washed thoroughly to evacuate the possible tumor cells, to reduce the theoretical tumor cells spillage.
The ureteral orifice is detached using a Collins knife electrode.
