According to EAU Guidelines, lymph node dissection (LND) is indicated in patients with intermediate and high risk prostate cancer. When performed, LND should always be extended.

Template definition:
cranially: the crossing of the ureter with the common iliac artery
caudally: the femoral canal
medially: the medial border of the external iliac artery
laterally: the internal iliac artery

The camera port is placed supraumbilically. Further Trocar placement should always be performed under direct sight.
