Description
Placement of the first Anastomotic Sutures at 5, 6 and 7 o`clock Position
- We use 4.0 monofilament absorbable sutures
- A J-curved needle grasps the proximal mucosal border. With a second needle holder the needle is grabbed and pushed into the bladder, rotated by 90° and pulled out.
- An extra long nose speculum helps to expose the mucosal border in the depth.
- With this technique the three sutures at the 6, 7 and 5 o`clock position are placed.
- Measuring the length of the stricture.
