Anastomosis of the Graft with the Urethra

• With the previous sutures at 5, 6 and 7 o`clock the graft is grasped.
• Holding two lateral sutures under slight tension the 6 o`clock suture is tied and slipped into the depth.
• After that the 5 and 7 o`clock sutures are tied and used as running sutures to anastomose the buccal mucosa with the urethral borders on the left and right side.
