Enucleation of the middle lobe P. Schatteman

In this video, we present  the OLV technique of Holmium Enucleation of Prostate.
It is a modification of the original technique as described by Kuntz et al.. 

With the two 5 and 7 o'clock incision completed up to the bladder neck, we easily perform the middle lobe enucleation by cuting the remaining posterior attachments of the middle lobe. At the bladder neck, you can easily avoid the orificia by cutting the middle labe in a laterolateral way (not retrograde).
