Dividing the lateral from the middle lobe P. Schatteman

In this video, we present  the OLV technique of Holmium Laser Enucleation of Prostate.
It is a modification of the original technique as described by Kuntz et al.. 

Once we have enucleated partially side lobe and middle lobe, we will make the 5 and 7 o'clock incision, in a retrograde way and cutting from posterior to anterior. This is in both directions the opposite from the original technique. There are 2 advantages of doing so: you will more easily find the correct plane between side lobe en middle lobe and you do not risk to incise too deep since you already develloped this posterior plane.
