Step 4: Meticulous hemostasis

• After the excision of the tumor, the tumor bed is meticulously coagulated with the bipolar forceps (3mm diameter).
• Hemostatic agents are also used for preventing postoperative bleeding.
• The suturing of the renal parenchyma could be avoided in selected cases.
